Metrics and Evaluation Methods
1. Impact Horse is meeting its metric goal of visiting at least ten sites with our therapy mini horse.
2. Operations are self sustaining and are directly adding value to the existing organizational goals.
3. The community engagement has increased on social media, specifically with a notable increase in engagement with Impact Horse - FB, Instagram, and our website.
Evaluation:
1. Analyzing the social media marketing posts reach and analytics by gathering data such as geographical area of followers, age range of followers, number of hits, and links clicked.
2. This will be measured by conducting an analysis assessing the reach of our social media marketing posts and evaluating analytics with data such as: as the geographical area of followers, age range of followers, number of hits, and links saved.
3. We anticipate that 10% of our annual budget will come from philanthropy and fundraising, primarily major donations and USDA horse-human connecting Grants.
4. We charge for our general visit service which is currently priced at $400 a visit which includes up to 1 hour of Mini Horse Interaction and Therapeutic mindfulness.
